Their Golden Jubilee catalog (Catalog 710), published in 1971, makes the claim the company was founded in 1921. With thanks to Steve Payne who sent me these circuits. According to their catalogs, Lafayette Radio Electronics has been around a long time. In most cases it is still possible to build these circuits although you may have to wind your own coils etc.
